A Transit Connect can do 70 on the dual carriageway as it's a car derived van, the bigger Transit can do 70 if it has windows in the back. So it's only the larger vans with no windows in the back that are limited.
Transit connect, Renault Kangoo etc are NOT car derived vans and are treated as vans under the legislation.
