There is very little between the two so wouldn't bother if I was you. If the item on the S1 is damaged there fair enough. But there is no point in changing it for the sack of things.
Also the cast plate on the S1 will b stronger than the 1600i item
i presonally prefer the S1 rollbar, i dont like the look of the joints on the tie bars one bit
