Nope, motorways are still 70 for vans or goods vehicles less than 7.5 ton (unless trailering or articulated), its just the dual carriage ways that are restricted to 60 instead of 70, and single carriage ways 50 instead of 60. Car-derrived vans have 70 limits for both.

I only recently found out that the transit connect can only do 60 on dual carriage ways so im glad i didnt go for one of those! I suppose it depends how strict the copper is though.
