My dizzy appears to be dead.
I was over in Swansea last night (About 50 miles away from me) and my poor RST wouldn't start. Luckily the missus is in the AA so we got a free tow home by 2 of the funniest recovery men ever, that's another story tho.
I only let the AA man do simple diag as I didn't like the look of him, but there was no spark from the coil to the dizzy. So, tonight I bought new leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, and used a spare known working coil and still no spark. The coil has power but no firing signal feed
So, I've condemned my dizzy to the big green plastic graveyard.
On a more serious note, is it most likely to be the dizzy if all the above have been replaced???
