Default Correct geo. settings

Does anyone know what the correct / best front toe settings should be for a 4be Saff (TwinCam non-Cossie) with poly front bushes (I know it should make no difference, but...)?

It has always "scuffed" on the road surface on full-lock, forwards and backwards as if the wheels are slipping when manouvering. Back it off a 1/4 turn and it is fine. It is currently set @ static parallel. I will be lowering it @ some point from standard 4wd Cossie height springs to -25mm, so will be wanting to set it up again @ that time. I will also be shimming the rear-end @ the same time back to standard specs, if that helps.
