From my experience of Zetec engines, the T3 can't keep up with the engine. Power becomes flat after 5k rpm. A T34 would be a better option.
what does the sapphy cosworth turbo run out at or is it really advisable to run a t34 at anything 250ish plus with a zetec to get the power delivered well at top end. I was thinking the t3 would spool up quite well or is there bugger all difference in them anyway
