An ambitious project no doubt and fair play for having a go I think I would have tried to use more of the original floor and bulkhead and cut out areas needed and then fabricate a tunnel to match rather than weld in a Sierra bits or just go tube chassis and sheet alloy it . Will be good to see it progress though
