The link you get in your mail ..you can post on PF. The link will direct anyone who clicks on it to the sendit website and offers the file for download.
So if there should be only 1 recipient of your file, send it to the email recipient directly.

The file will NOT be send with email , only a link to it.

The file will be available for 7 days..
