i currently have a blown up 1.8zvh

and have sourced a 1600 frst engine i wish to re-build with the hope of 220ish bhp

what boost will i need to acheive this and will i be able to do this with brand new standard pistons???

i have all the neccesary bits and bobs to go with it eg 195, beiges, cooler -31 actuator fuel pump etc!!!
