hi i happend to be a fiat specialist in fiat punto gt and uno turbos and iam very sure its your clutch ther very shit i must say if you can see the cylinder moveing on the gear box pushing the clutch arm the the problem cannot be any thing ealse other then the clutch coz if it was the master or slave then it would no be able to push the arm forwards hope this help do the clutch ..
