I'd be a little suspect about the management it's running. If it's on the original stuff, it shouldn't be really. Apparently late model Unichips can cope with turbo work, but other than that it should be on FRST management at least to me.
To be honest, if it's a good price, and the engine itself is a good spec, it may be worth buying and then you can sort your own management out for it, then you know it's good.
Then sell some of the other bits and pieces on to make some money back
