I had this the other day - seemed to clear itself so must have just been sticky or slow operating. Guzzler on here said there is a silver control box at back of engine which controls a cable pulled flap on the intake manifold. I was going to attack that next and try checking the cable mechanism wasnt stuck etc but didnt have to in the end.
