Chaps, I seem to be unable to seal the exhaust downpipe where it meets the turbo. I've tried it in all manner of positions but it just wont seal. It's a brand new mongoose exhaust and the flange seems quite a bit wider than the raised circular part on the turbo.

Should there be a gasket on there or should the join be purely metal-metal????
