Iv had a play around with the alternator today and i can say for shure that the alternator pully off the seirra fits on the standard rs turbo alternator. unfortunatly for me even im gonna have to get myself another alternator as my one is fooked so i have ordered the seirra one intead. Also iv been doing some mesurements and i recon that even with the pully machined down to its minimum possible im gonna struggle to get the clerance. What do you recon? why would this be? Does anyone know of another trigger pully that is thinner in width?
Its been done plenty of times mate, it will fit!
You'll probably find you have a bit of play in the mounts etc, by ulling the engine over with them all slackened off!
