I ALWAYS move over for bikes so that they can make progress (especially in traffic, but on the open road, they have to try a bit harder if they want to come past ) - it's not as if they are going to slow your journey down.

That bloke needs a base ball bat taken to him, or a few minutes with a blow-torch and some pliers with the home-boys . Not normally violent, but that kind of thing makes my blood boil to the point where I would lose it.
