They machine it on a latha Khanny

theres a few different ways of doing it, fly cutting apparently gives the best finish but if the head is very corroded it can take small chunks out apparently.

Clean if off as suggested, i usually find its stuck to the block though (everyone elses always seem to come off with no mess )
