Well i contacted the woman's nephew today who is getting in touch with the solicitors. I have first refusal and i'll need to pay a small amount (talking less than £50) for the car.

Although i've now found that it has been sat in the same spot, not moved, for 9 years!!!!!

If the chassis is in good nick this will defo be a big resto job, which should be interesting as until i've struggled to change brake pads!
