er... do you actually have a car yet?

I'd worry about that first


here are some rough ones...

Water temp- under 100c ideally
oil temp - between 100-120c
oil pressure- you REALLY want some of this! 0 is BAD...
Charge temp- under 45c ideally
volts- you want some of those too! 14 is good I think
EGT- over 1000c is not your mate
Boost- MORE the better. ALWAYS.
