As title, I have a 1997 mk6 escort with 285mm front 4 pot caliper wilwoods and ST170 280mm rear disks (ABS) and wondered whats the best brake fluid for mostly road use?

Will Dot 4 be fine or should I go Dot 5.1 ?

This is what I have been looking at http://www.apracing.com/car/brakefluid/index.htm also how much would I need when I replace my brake fluid with the new stuff?
