Can somebody tell me how this looks? and how it could benefit me?

I'm no speciliast at this, I don't want people saying blue and curvy.

Does this look decent? or is it an ebay special? Obviously it'd be fitted and mapped to suit, (for a 1.6 Zetec-SE)

Can anyone tell me if I'd see any gains or what with this? I don't want to spend £250 on shit, bearing in mind the car will run cams, 4-2-1 manifold.
