What size are the screws used inside pc cases??

I need to re-secure the 2 hard drives inside my atx case and I seem to have lost the 8 screws. I have stocks of screws at work in most sizes, but ant figure out what size I need, they don’t look like standard metric m3.m4 etc?

Anyone shed some light??
