The MOT shouldn't have a 0 infront of the mileage at all........ goto the place that MOT'd it last and ask them if they can show you the carbon copy of the MOT that way you will see an unaltered MOT. If as we all expect it has a 1 infront instead of the 0 pop into the trader and tell him what you know, give him the chance to cough up some dough 1st then once he's done that report him to Trading Standards
