Tito - that in itself is wrong. The DVLA / Post Office will no longer accept an MOT certificate that has any alterations on it (well, I say that but they have been issued instructions to reject any, but it all depends on the teller having half a brain or not).

So chances are, if your mate used that MOT to Tax the car, they wouldn't accept it.
