My mum is convinced leaving it on all day low is less energy than turning it on and off. However, she forgets to leave it on all day so you have to turn the house from freezing to boiling which defeats the object of her study I'm sure.

There's bound to be someone on here who knows about central heating, there's an expert on nearly everything on here...
