2 obvious things there.....
1. Piper Cam
2. MFi management
Both need to go IMO.
Also, you would certainly need a bigger turbo.
That said, 300bhp is a VERY difficult figure to reach and there are lots of parts of the spec that would need looking at in detail. I would say that with the right turbo and an EFi conversion, you should hit 260-270bhp without too much trouble if it is mapped properly.
Regarding the vids, I have a great video of mine, from in the car (not the one above), but it needs editing!! LOL.
