They have also been on watch dog because they keep going into
limp home mode!!!! (won't go past 25 mph) not good if your
on the motorway.
The problem with the Volvo system was down to software.
a new ecu upgrage used to sort it in no time.
I wonder if and new ST's are going to have the same problem?
Ford had drive by wire throttle control back in 1998 mate. They are still using their EEC ECUs too so it will only be Volvo stuff on the ST.
