I think that you should go for a 1.6 Zetec S Engine - gearbox and loom + ecu and everything you may need : Air con compressor, Power steering pump, alternator the full works. Only done a warrented 55K Got full service history - and even had a cambelt in the last 200 miles !!

Can do the Fiesta Zetec S brake conversion also for you !!

Which i just happen to have - maybe even be able to see it running !!
If i can figure out how to override the crash cut off switches !!
