ello you lot ..well me mate has got himself a set of cossie bumpers for his mk6 escort si , there in ok nick with a bit of work they will look mint ...
yes there the not real cossie bumpers but they will do lol
well as we are flushing the tail gate he wants to relocate the rear license plate to the bumper ..well iv done a few body mods before so i said id give it ago and took the air saw too it

well i got a idea on how to do all things good with my friend
p-38 and p-40 hence my name so this is how i got on so far lol

how it was when he got them of ebay ...... £ 31.00 for a cossie front and rear bumper ...BARGIN!!

the start of the hole...... and my mate steve thinking what the f*ck have i done letting him cut my bumpers up lol lol


after a few choice cuts and words i got a decent shap hole , we checked the rear plate he wants would fit and i got to makeing the back , sides and bits i need to box it in, steve found a light that we can use too ... thank god for the old mk 3 secort lisence plate lighta lol



i used a peace of mesh got it to shape them fiberglass matting to strengthen it ...

as the light will be in the box section we dont need the old rear plate light so that will be gone soon lol

when hee got these bumpers there was a few small cracks he said ... i wouldnt say these was small but ill get them sorted lol
this is the biggest problem lol


the other side had a small crack and i sorted that with some p-40 and mesh to strengthen it its stronger now than before lol
