good. whatever the handbook calls them, they are unnecessary. if you can't see where you're going with 2 normal dipped beam headlights then you should go to fucking specsavers

as you are an offender, perhaps you can tell us why you feel it necessary to switch these extra lights on when it's not dark & foggy? even if it is foggy but daylight, they are not necessary and do not help you see where you are going, or be seen
