the frog eyed ones are basicly the same as the granada's but with slightly different suspension and a few new panels on them
if you get a 24V make sure it's quite when it's ideling, changes gears porperly, goes into 4th at around 45 mph and doesn't wait for ages to go into reverse
other than that, the suspension can do with polying and the brakes may have seen better days and make sure the fuse boxes haven't got wet (ford did a recall and put bigger covers over the tops of them on the 92 spec cars, split fuse boxes so twice the electrical gremlins, but easy enough to swap over)
quick enough once on the move, my one averaged about 16 around town and close to 30 on the motorways if driven fairly sensibly
put your foot down and they do go, but they aslo chug the petrol a plenty as well
big comfy crusiers with a bit of suspension work and they'll last absuolutly for ever (or at least until the rear acrhes start to rot out, then they are fit for the scrap heap)
