hi im new to this site and have a 1990 xr3i its only hitting 4000rpm is this right?, it will do 122mph, ive been told it should rev to 6,500, its got a full stainless exhaust, motersport ht leads with one a bit bodged up (like that when got it), has big cams, the engine is the 1.6cvh efi please help
