media player, itunes...whatever will do it.

just make sure you change the settings in your chosen program to rip to MP3, at least 256kbps, and make sure it doesnt rip it with copy protection (tick box usually)

bang the cd in, on xp it'll ask you what you want to do with it, show songs in media player, then just click on "rip music"
