yep its a common fault with them if not greased, like i say if
regularly wd40'd it will be ok, but grease lasts a lot longer.
i have knackerd a few escort keys turning them too hard when
the thing has seized.
while you have the quality grease out its worth doing the door locks
and the boot,and the door hinges too
