I bet you're using the standard Ford cover . This is only rated to stage 1 power, so 6000miles is good considering .

The Alcon drive plate is listed on my website, Alvyn is getting confused with the cost of the standard cover (which isn't worth a wank ).

With 500bhp / 2wd and launching etc, I used to get 10k out of my FULL Alcon clutch. Switching to 4x4 and hydraulic arrangement, I get in excess of 15k....
