hello there.
have recently bought a 1990 ford sapphire cossie 4x4 and am having a ball in it, only problem that i have with it is that when i go full boost or when i am behind some dick goin 5km down the main street of town the car develops a major misfire, the revs go crazy (like the throttle open a little bit, hovers around 3,000rpm) and when i go full boost it will try and launch me out the windscreen, which is really not a good way to get out of ya car, came to a climax a couple of weeks ago when the car stuttered like hell then died, sat on side of road cranking car for a good minute or two, with foot hard on the firewall, it was coughfing like an old man then fired into life with a bang and flames comin out exhaust, then drove fine, have asked a few fellow cossie owners if they had same problem, one guy said he did but went to stage 2 and it went away, any help would be great
