Hi all,

I have just bought a mahhhoooosssive front mount intercooler with 2 fans and its being fitted tomorrow before the car goes on the rollers for a set up.

My question is: The car currently has a 90 spec front bumper, but I also have the original (its an 87/88 E reg.) If I was to cut the middle out of the old bumper and fit it again, how much more cooling am I likely to see from the extra airflow? This way I'll keep the 90 spec for if/when I sell it on.

Anyone got any piccies of their car with the middle cut out?

Will I essentially end up with 2 end pieces of a bumper?

Is it really worth it?
