to be honest,

you would be better off pending the 30 quid on a new graphics card that has TV out, like any of the ati radeon 9200, 9250 etc,

just got a AGP 8X 9250 256mb with tv out for 30 quid from amazon for my media centre - then found even though the pic showed it as half height it was afull size card and wouldnt fit in my half height case,

so i found nvidia XFX6200 AGP with 256 mb on board that fits in nicely and has s video out - which is better than the composite out theat the ati gives with its adaptor.
