I have done nothing more than move the engine and associated parts around in the garage!

I have stripped off the brackets, clutch and flywheel and all the manifolds...

I was planning on using the 1.6 plastic inlet with the 2 litre TB and air flow meter. injectors and fuel rail. I have checked, and the throttle body fits ok, which is good! The 1.8 / 2.0 inlets are the same and both have the grotty EGR crap, which I obviously can't / wont use!
I don't think the ports on the 1600 plastic inlet are any smaller than the 18/2.0 versions..

If the clutch is 220m, that should be ok then I guess....
