If you don't have the money for the B&M item and can do a bit of engineering, then this Rallye Design kit is a GOOD quick shift making the gear change a lot more positive than before.
I'm not just saying it's shite because I sell the B&M kits. I have driven a car with one of these kits fitted and thought it was hardly any better than without it fitted.
After all, I have driven a few RST's, so aren't completely ignorant.
