Hi im new to the site after buying an Escort van as a daily driver, my main passion is VWs as my username suggests, anyhow,

I have a 1998R plate 1.8D Escort van and a 1994 Escort turbo diesel car and i wanna swap the turbo engine into the van, heres what im unsure of, will i need to swap the wiring loom from the turbo diesel car into the van? and i know VW looms are all seperate but i am unsure if ford ones are the same idea?? If i need to swap looms over and they are seperate looms will i need to put the interior loom in too??

Sorry for so much questions but i wanna know before i pull the engine out of the car,
