It it's electrics are working while engine is runnint, then current id coming from alternaotor. If they dont work when engine is off, it HAS to be the battery. If it is that flat due to charging issues, it is now shafted.
but what if the surpressor has a winding problem in the altanator and creating an open circuit which will give more than the normal ampage of about 1.50 amps to a high 3.0 or 4.0 amp thus creating the drain as it is ignition fed.... anything is possible on a car.....
