A lad at work took his car for test today knowing full well it would fail
His current M.o.t runs out mid feb
His car failed with flying colours
Now the question is on paper is he still legal till mid feb or has today,s failure voided his current M.o.t?
If he gets pulled surely it would show up on the plods computor it has no m.o.t due to the new test being a on line database jobbie?
