Default rs2000 fuel problems, bad starting cold.

hello

a friend of mine owns a mk5 rs2000, its chipped by wouter bollen (dutch ford RS tuner) the emissionstuff from the exhaust manifold is removed properly, magnex from manifold till rearsilencer ,and a set of wilder cams in mounted.

the car drove properly till an certain day, that day the following happened:

it started realy bad and he had to keep his foot on the throttle or it would die, when the car is warm its all over en it runs extremely good.

normaly when you turn the key you hear the fuelpump a few seconds and then it stops when the system is on pressure.

when i turn the key now , the pump buzzes an stops then it buzzes realy unregularly, and dont stops, when we try to start the engine ,the fuel is comming out of the exhaust connection (manifold under car) it smells extremly of fuel and the car starts but you have to floor the pedall for 1500rpm realy bad and rough running.

we cheked al wires ,replaced the fuel relay , cheked hoses and stuff but still nothing found.

i was thinking of a sensor,or a injector that stays open.
i had more cars that run bad when cold and that was the coolant temp sensor for the eec, but this one is awfully bad and i think its not the coolant sensor.

im hoping for input from someone becauss we are desperate and a car like this should be driven and run properly, come on its a ford .

here in holland every one says thats it or thats it, but al those things they say should have influence on the car`s running cold and warm and this car only runs bad when ist cold.
