60p per hour is a fair loss a month plus the extra traveling expenses with the further away job, so i'd stay at the unhappy job, at the end of the day, you work to get £ and £ is what you work for/want! wanky managers are a small price to pay really for having a job within walking distance etc. Just keep your head down an get on with it imo,you could end up hating the new job with worse managers!
