Used to take ECA after dinner around 6.00pm, could always sleep fine, but used to do a lot of excerise at night, 1 hr in the gym, 1hr in the pool then a relax sessions after, but had no problem sleeping. Other people have though obviously. Did work for me though. Supply is the biggest problem.
