i would say i am pretty easy on it...

never use full throttle in first or second(not that it would grip anyway)

i have had two diff now both while the engine was running 400+ ATW.

both noisy but working fine.

have done 10k miles...

with a car better set up than mine (traction wise) i have no doubt that a standard set up wouldnt last long.

saves spending 2k on a box and another 1500 quid on a diff tho
