Regarding the big rubber beam mounts, just hacksaw through the top part of the bush..then push out the big remaining part by hand,dead easy....then grease up the new bush well....i then made a puller similar to the ones you used to be able to buy for sierra rear beam bush replacement....took just 2 17mm spanners to fit the bushes then...job done.
