You might as well poly bush the whole back end while your at it.
If you can take a turbo apart and fit a Big Brake kit you can drop a rear beam off its just a case of undoing a few bolts in the right order and making sure you don't drop it on you head
The only problem you will have is pressing the old bushes out I had to put 13 Tonne on the one back arm bush to get it out but I have access to a Hydralic press I don't think you could do it with an old socket and a hammer
