Ryan.......
I looked at and tried them all before settling on a Quaife ATB...
The V.C is very good as std(They used a V.C in the 9" as well with no problems)but most of them are sloppy now so a rebuilt uprated one is a must...
The gripper plated diff is very good but is quite noisy in operation and being plated will wear and need regular rebuilds depending on how much/hard you use it...
The ATB i found to be excellent,it drives very hard out of bends etc without wanting to go sideways all the time and is quiet and maintenance free....The only problem with ATB diffs is if your car has a tendency to lift a wheel they will loose drive as they obviously lose grip to the wheel they are biasing the torque against,as my car is very taught it is not a problem for me.....
My car will be ready fairly soon so if you want to have a blast to see what they are like, give me a shout mate....
