I have now put an offer in on the house we are interested in - I would imagine that this first offer will get turned down - I then have a further 10k we are prepared to offer. If I have to go all the way to the max we are prepared to pay for the house the escos will deffo have to go.
- If this offer is accepted I may be able to keep it!
& Mr Ripley the mortgage would already be part interest only, I think the misses would kill me if I arranged the majority of it to be interest only and kept the escos.
